Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will report to the Technical Director and will be responsible for managing projects within the development group from inception through to completion. This will include requirements gathering / clarification, reviewing and contributing to solution design, planning and task management, project resource management, project documentation and reporting, delivery etc.
Knowledge and / or Qualifications:
Essential
*Excellent knowledge of programming principles
*Strong C# / VB.NET experience and knowledge of the .Net Framework (2.0 / 3.5 / 4.0)
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
*Ability to lead and motivate others
*Familiarisation with project planning / schedule techniques and tools
Desirable
*Knowledge of EFT / EMV / Card / Payments industry
*C / C++ development experience
*Knowledge of Web standards including user interface design
*XML
*Client side scripting
*SQL server / database query and design
*Knowledge of PCI-DSS
Person Specification
*Ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with a software development background who already has PM experience or is looking to develop their career by moving into a PM role.
*To be successful in this role, you will have 4+ years commercial badrumsrenovering Hörby software development experience. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will have experience of managing f2f customer communications.
*Have experience of a structured application development methodology such as Iterative development.
*Can demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation to complete assigned tasks and activities within agreed timeframes and to drive and motivate a project team to do the same.
*Show a desire to take ownership and responsibility for both individual and team based activities and will have a keen desire to achieve both personal and project goals.
*Have the ability to maintain high standards while working under pressure to tight deadlines and have an excellent eye for detail.
